FOOD GALORE!

Sorry I haven’t updated! I was in Norcal for the weekend =]

I only ate at fast food places this weekend and I did stop by a Mexican restaurant before heading back.. but I forgot to take pictures =x sorry!

So what I’ll be posting about is what I had for lunch on Friday!

Food was amazing! It’s not an All You Can Eat KBBQ though. However, the food fills you up! They give you free appetizers including kim chi, bean sprouts, fish cake, etc. Their rice is cooked in stone pots which leaves a crispy exterior layer of rice on the bottom. Bulgogi (marinated beef) tastes amazing although they have some tendon attached but it wasn’t really a big deal. I also got the spicy seafood tofu soup. It comes with small shrimp, clams, and an oyster. Overall, this Korean BBQ place is really good!
Bill came out to be $30.71 for two people. (We both got the Bulgogi + Seafood Tofu Soup)

I’d give this place 4/5!

So, I didn’t really have much of a lunch today. Just a simple beef cup noodle.. nothing to write about =P

But for dinner, my cousin and I decided to celebrate her 21st birthday by eating Shabu Shabu! (also known as hot pot).

We went to my favorite Hot Pot place thus far:

We started out with 2 plates of beef, 1 lamb, 1 shrimp, and 2 enoki.
We ended up with 5 plates of beef, 1 lamb, 1 shrimp, and 3 enoki.
… with a whole bunch of satay sauce!
Bill Total: $55.62

I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s craving hot pot.  Price is average, not a bargain but definitely not a rip off.  This place seems a bit small outside, but there is room for big parties inside.  It’s great because you have the choice of eating outdoors or indoors. (Hot pot places don’t usually offer outdoor seating).   Not a lot of parking, but it’s usually not packed so there’s plenty of parking on the street.  There’s also a plaza across and next to it that you could park at =].

I give this place 4.5/5 stars!
